Complianz | The Privacy Suite for WordPress

This website uses the Privacy Suite for WordPress from Complianz to collect records of consent. For this functionality your IP address is anonymised and stored in our database. For more information, see the Complianz Privacy Statement.

Akismet

We collect information about visitors who comment on Sites that use our Akismet anti-spam service. The information we collect depends on how the User sets up Akismet for the Site, but typically includes the commenter's IP address, user agent, referrer, and Site URL (along with other information directly provided by the commenter such as their name, username, email address, and the comment itself).

Workshops

In addition to data collected through our website, we may collect personal information when you attend one of our workshops, including your prefix, name, email, organisation, job title, and your likelihood if photos or videos were taken during the event. This data is usually stored to keep track of participation,  generate aggregate statistics, or send newsletters if you have signed up. Photos and videos may be used to illustrate our website or communication materials that help us raise funds, promote our work, and advance our charitable objectives.
